Anxiety can blur the edges of who you are, filling the space with worry and unrest. This weekly support group is a place to slow down, understand the patterns beneath anxiety, and remember yourself alongside others who understand.

Making Sense of Anxiety is a weekly, therapist-led virtual support group where we explore how anxiety shows up in the body, in thought loops, and in daily life. Together, we’ll gently understand your relationship with anxiety and find ways to move through it with more steadiness and strength.
Program details
4 weekly sessions (5, 12, 19 and 26th of March)
120 minutes per session
Small group (maximum 8 participants) to ensure safety and meaningful connection
Fee
₹700 per session
₹2,800 for all 4 sessions
Complete Series Access: ₹1,999 if paid together
