I'm a counselling psychologist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology. I believe that everyone carries multiple stories—about who they are, where they've been, and where they're going—and my work is about honoring and exploring these narratives. I view healing through a systemic lens—understanding that wellbeing is shaped by our relationships, families, communities, and social institutions, and I'm committed to making mental health support accessible and responsive to these broader contexts.

Identity work:

I work with individuals navigating life transitions who may feel uncertain about who they are or where they're headed. I use a narrative-based lens to guide them through self-discovery and values exploration, helping them build confidence in their sense of self and make choices aligned with what truly matters to them.

Anxiety

I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety and want to understand what drives it. Together, we map out triggers and patterns, then take controlled steps to navigate through them using experiments and exercises that build confidence and effective coping mechanisms.

Adolescent Counselling

I work with adolescents facing the unique challenges of this formative period—from academic pressures to career navigation and identity formation. I create a safe space for them to explore their experiences and concerns, teaching healthy behaviors and providing guidance through the changes of this transformative time.

Stress Management

I teach practical coping strategies including breathing exercises, journaling, and grounding techniques. I explore the layers beneath stress, helping individuals understand triggers and develop personalized tools for calm and resilience.

Grief and Loss

I work with individuals who are struggling to process grief and loss, unsure how to navigate the weight of their emotions. I create a compassionate, safe space to honor and express these feelings, and I use writing exercises and rituals to facilitate healing and help them move toward acceptance and meaning-making.
