She has 1800+ hours of therapy, both online and offline. She loves to dance and has choreographed many dances. While she has an energetic aura, she can make her therapy space calm and nurturing, playing a wonderful role in a person's world.
She is skilled in working with relationships, family and marriage counselling, stress, anxiety, anger management, grief, and work-life balance. But her greatest skill is helping you leave the therapy room feeling lighter than when you walked in.
Intimate and Interpersonal Relationships
I help with physical and emotional intimacy in relationships by working through communication issues while addressing the core concern. I teach boundaries and, importantly, encourage intimacy between partners.
1
For anger and anxiety, I teach breathing exercises, journaling and exposure therapy if needed. I also explore the multiple layers within while calming anger and anxiety, and I love using worksheets and games to do this.
Stress, Anxiety and Anger Management
2
I use art as a way to help express grief. I listen to the loss and the pain, guide people through the stages of grief, and help them accept the loss in a healthy way.
Grief and Loss
3
I raise awareness of the family dynamics and attachment styles that play a role in relationships. I show how the family can work as a single unit, and help children and parents build a better relationship with each other, grounded in mutual respect and safety.
Family and Marriage Counselling
4
I guide and educate families about the changes during adolescence and teach healthy behaviours that work for both children and parents. I also conduct screening for learning disorders and autism spectrum disorders.
Child and Adolescent Counselling
5
I guide students and working adults on time management using divisional balance worksheets, while emphasising self-care as part of their daily lives.

Yes. You can read each therapist’s profile, including their experience and areas of expertise, and book with the one you feel drawn to. Not sure who’s right for you? Book a free 20–25 minute consultation call, tell us a little about what you’re going through, and we’ll help you find the therapist whose approach suits you best.
The first session is about getting to know each other. Your therapist will ask what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to change, and together you’ll agree on how to work. You only share what you’re comfortable sharing.
Our therapists are trained in psychology and counselling, and each has over 1,800 hours of therapy experience across online and in-person sessions. Their profiles list their experience and the areas they specialise in, so you know who you’ll be working with before your first session.
Of course. Feeling comfortable with your therapist matters. If the fit doesn’t feel right, let us know and we’ll help you switch, with no awkwardness.
ndividual sessions are 60 minutes (₹1,200). Couples and family sessions are 75 minutes (₹1,800). Session packs are also available, and the first consultation call is free.
