One to One therapy can help with

Anxiety and overthinking

Explore patterns that leave you feeling on edge and find steadier ways to respond.

Depression and low mood

Make room for difficult feelings and understand what may be contributing to them.

Relationships and boundaries

Reflect on how you relate to others and what you need in your relationships.

Getting to know yourself

Notice the beliefs, life scripts and patterns that shape your choices.

Life changes and grief

Find support while you adjust to change, loss or an uncertain next step.

Stress and Burnout

Talk through pressure, exhaustion and the balance you want to build.

What happens in individual therapy

Your journey, step by step

Your therapist uses approaches backed by research and fits them to you, not the other way round.

Your first session

Your therapist gets to know you: what brings you here and what you'd like to be different. You agree on goals together.

Ongoing sessions

A mix of talking things through and learning practical ways to handle what you're facing, with small things to try between sessions.

Regular reviews

Every few sessions you look back together at what's helping and decide how many more sessions feel right

It's normal to hesitate

What might be stopping you from reaching out?

"I should be able to handle this myself."

Needing support isn't weakness. Therapy gives you tools you keep using long after sessions end.

“What if I do not know where to start?”

You do not need to have the right words. Your therapist can help you begin with what feels most present.

"Someone might find out."

Sessions are private. Join from anywhere you feel comfortable: your room, a parked car, a quiet corner with headphones.

“Will I feel comfortable online?”

You can join from a place where you feel able to speak freely, using headphones if that helps

FAQs

Your questions, answered

  • Individual therapy is one-to-one time with a qualified psychologist to understand what you're going through and learn ways to cope with it. At Dive Into Self, sessions are 60 minutes on video, in your preferred language.

  • ₹1,200 for a 60-minute session, or ₹3,999 for a pack of 4 sessions used within 6 weeks. Students can pay a lower fee on a sliding scale. The first consultation call is free.

  • It depends on what you're working on. On your free call we'll give you a rough idea, and you review it with your therapist as you go.

  • Your therapist will ask about what brings you here, your background and what you'd like to change. There's no pressure to share everything at once. You go at your pace.

  • For many common concerns, such as anxiety, stress and relationship problems, video therapy works in much the same way as in-person sessions: same therapist, same methods, without the travel. If online isn't right for you, we'll tell you honestly.

  • Yes. A good fit matters. Tell us and we'll match you with someone else, with no awkwardness.
