If you're unsure where to start,  this call is for you

You don't need to know exactly what's wrong, or what kind of help you need. People often book a discovery call when they're:

New to therapy

Ask how it works, what it costs and what to expect before committing.

Students

Ask about the lower-fee sliding scale for students.

Therapist or psychiatrist?

Not sure which you need? We'll help you work that out.

Couples and families

Talk about who might attend and what support is possible.

How it works

Book a session if it feels right. There's no pressure to continue.
